Efram Zuller, NP

Efram Zuller, NP, is a Nurse Practitioner at Quality First Urgent Care with a background in emergency medicine. Mr. Zuller, worked in pediatric and adult emergency room in Maimonides  for 5 years. When he is not treating patients at Quality First Urgent care, he is a member of Hatzalah Volunteer Ambulance and is a professor at New York University’s School of Nursing. His professional affiliations include the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, The American Nursing Association, and the New York State Nurses Association. Efram received his nursing education and training at New York University, where he graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and his Master’s degree in Acute Care Nursing. Upon graduation he received the NYU Founders Award for Academic Excellence. He began his career at Maimonides Medical Center, where he was Lead nurse and team member of the Rapid Response Team. His experience responding to all in-hospital emergencies including ICU, Pediatrics, OB/GYN and telemetry has allowed him to continually expand his knowledge and skills. Efram decided to transition his career from emergency medicine to working in an urgent care setting, where he is committed to giving the best care and establish long lasting relationships with the community that he serves.
